Whidbey Island
One of the quintessential Pacific Northwest Experiences is to take a ferry. And there’s no better place to go than Whidbey Island. Under two hours from Seattle, and only 40 minutes from the mainland, you’re transported a world away. This island is packed with activities, indoors and out: kayaking, clamming, crabbing, fishing, biking, hiking, farmer’s market, wine tours, art, and culture. Visit Ebey’s Landing, Fort Casey State Park, or the historic lighthouse for some breathtaking scenery
Whidbey Island is characterized by North and South parts of the island.
North Whidbey Island includes Deception Pass at its most northern tip, then the quaint town of Coupeville, the state’s second oldest city and county seat. There are plenty of cute bed and breakfasts, charming, shops and eateries, spectacular waterfront views, and the island county historical museum in Coupeville. The sheltered and pristine Penn Cove is the source of the world class mussels.
South Whidbey is home to the town Langley, the village by the sea. An artists’ mecca, there is an eclectic mix of art galleries, locally made jewelry, antiques, book stores, and one of a kind clothing. From fine dining with superb waterfront views to picking up locally grown ingredients to pack a picnic, you’ll find everything you’re looking for in Langley.

Reviews
Alicia was a real partner in helping us sell our house. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was always available for us when we had questions and concerns. We had to get some work done on our house before it went on the market, and she connected us with quality local small businesses helping not only us but our local community. Selling a house is stressful and Alicia helped alleviate much of our stress with her knowledge and accessibility.
Alicia is a consummate professional and delightful to work with. She communicates the process clearly, answers every question thoroughly, and simply makes the process of buying property (as we have done) comfortable and accessible. We thank her for her expertise and her effective, efficient, enthusiastic work style. We highly recommend Alicia for your real estate needs.
Alicia was awesome for nine months as we went through one obstacle after the other for me to buy my home. She held my hand every step of the way and so did Cristi her finance person. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I actually would say give her 10 stars because she’s thorough. She knows her business she’s loving and compassionate and supportive. I think she’s the top realtor in her field. I was so blessed to have her support and expertise during that most challenging time through the lockdowns, and all the difficulties I had to face. My personal angel. Thank you, Alicia.
We can’t thank Alicia enough for helping us to get the island home we dreamed of. Alicia was easy to work with, led us through the process, and always communicated clearly along the way. She made us feel comfortable she had our wants and needs in mind and was a great negotiator on our behalf. We highly recommend Alicia because of her knowledge of the market on Whidbey and because she works diligently for her clients.
